Email and SMS Message Policies

Pablo Cain respects your inbox. If you join our email list, here is what you can expect.

1. Unprompted marketing emails that mainly inform you about new designs will be sent with at least a thirty (30) day gap between sendings.

2. All other emails or SMS messages will be prompted by your interaction with the site.

1. When you sign up for the email list, you will get an email with the 20% off coupon code.

2. If you put something in your shopping cart and do not complete the checkout, you will receive a reminder 4 hours later and another 20 hours later. 

3. You will receive standard messages about your order, including alerts as to when the product ships and tracking numbers.

4. Seven days after you receive your order, we will send a message asking you to review the item and possibly promoting another purchase (with a coupon code.)
