Shipping policy
Our products are made to order (print-on-demand), so every item is printed fresh just for you. That keeps waste down — it just means fulfillment takes a little longer than off-the-shelf goods.
Production time
Orders are printed within 2 business days. You'll get a notification when your order ships.
Shipping rates & delivery times (US)
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your location. Most US orders ship for $3.66–$9.90.
- Orders that mix product types (a mug and a tote, for example) may arrive in separate packages, with shipping calculated per package.
- Delivery is 5–8 business days after shipment.
- Tracking Every order includes tracking. You'll get the tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the printer.
- Delays If your order is delayed for any reason, we'll email you with an updated timeline. If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
